What is ParkUp?
ParkUp is an app for ordering from independent shops on your high street. You order, park legally nearby and tap “I’m here”. Someone from the shop brings your order to your car window.
Where is ParkUp available?
We’re launching first in Radlett, Elstree and Borehamwood in Hertfordshire. Shenley, St Albans and Barnet are next on the list.

When can I download the app?
We’re building the app now with our launch shops. Join the waitlist and you’ll be one of the first to get it.
How much does it cost?
You pay the shop’s prices for your order, plus a small convenience fee. You’ll see the total before you pay.
Where do I park?
Anywhere legal, close to the shop. Before a shop goes live, we map the legal parking around it. When you tap “I’m here”, the shop sees your car, its colour and where it is.
Who brings my order out?
A member of the shop’s own team. Not a courier.
Do I need to get out of the car?
No. Your order is passed through the window. That’s the whole point.
What can I order?
We’re starting with coffee and lunch from local independents. Other types of shop will follow once a town is up and running.
